Conditioning Or PE?

I have been at this for a while now and have taken notice to how my penis responds to all these exercises.

For me pumping is definitely A PE exercise that changes my EQ so it has to be timed properly. I believe stretching/jelqing for extended time hurts my EQ also. So it belongs in the PE category.

As for hanging I’m not experienced so I can’t make a fair assessment. But as far as clamping/edging goes it doesn’t affect my EQ it seems to help. So for me it is a conditioning exercise. I like to use it on the day of or before sex. I do like heat on my package and sun on my balls so that is definitely conditioning for me.

So my PE journey has been filled with ups and downs, but mostly ups.😁 I hope this helps others. Keep trying things see how your body responds. Switch it up and get your rest days in!

And af for kegels too many affect my EQ but are pretty important from what I hear. It falls somewhere in between PE and conditioning for me.

For me it depends on the duration of the sessions.

I do edge on my rest days, 10-15min sessions and it seams to have positive effect on my EQ.

sometime I go for 3-4 a day. So its good conditioning.

If I do longer sessions I will get a bit more fatigue, so for me is similar to other PE training.

Even short 5min pump sessions are good conditioning I think.
