Confused as to if I should hang, start a beginner routine.

Hey guys, pretty new around here and manual PE in general.

Around September 2017 I got a bathmate and was doing 1 day on 1 day off 15-20 minute sessions. I didn’t really see anything changing other than the pump after but overall didn’t feel like it was doing anything.

Then I started reading more on here and looked into the beginner routine. Great. Love it.

The problem is I see people saying if you want length, its easier to get length first and girth after which is when I started looking into hanging. (Using the swim cap device)

So far I’ve done 1 week of the beginner routine, but since it’s mainly jelqing (I equated that to working on girth), I’ve switched to hanging with very light weight and not rushing to add more, but overall, don’t know which path I should stay on or go down.

Any advice from the more experienced would be greatly appreciated!

You need to work the Newbie Routine fully. It provides length and girth. Devices early in your PE aren’t as likely to be successful without conditioning and a knowledge base of your own reactions to PE physically.

You can read and theorize but without experience safely you won’t know anything. So, build your kowledge base from the Newbie Routine for at least 90 days.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Second that. By doing the newbie routine you’ll also figure out how much work you need to do and what to do to gain as it uses two components as in jelqing and stretching.

Also, jelqing at a low erection level can give you length gains as well and it’s just perfect to do after the stretching. I’m after length only ATM but I always jelq after each session for blood flow and hopefully some extra gains.

Hanging and use of devices should be your ‘last resort’ so to speak and preferably only used when you’ve exhausted your newbie gains as hopefully and most likely you’ll get some as most seem to do.

Hanging is quite rough as well and you wanna be conditioned enough before embarking on that and some months of doing the newbie routine is just perfect for conditioning as well. No need to jump in the deep end of the pool this early especially when you can get some good gains with much less intensity, time and effort put into your PE routine.

Anyhow, I wish you the best of luck no matter what you end up doing. And remember it’s not a sprint but a marathon as this requires both patience and time.

I would like to add that I’ve learned a lot from the Penis Exercise guides that you can buy. The Penis Exercise book (PEgym) is a great one. I’m hoping people don’t me endorsing this book, but I think it’s vital for guys how are serious about PE.
