Confused as to if I should hang, start a beginner routine.
Hey guys, pretty new around here and manual PE in general.
Around September 2017 I got a bathmate and was doing 1 day on 1 day off 15-20 minute sessions. I didn’t really see anything changing other than the pump after but overall didn’t feel like it was doing anything.
Then I started reading more on here and looked into the beginner routine. Great. Love it.
The problem is I see people saying if you want length, its easier to get length first and girth after which is when I started looking into hanging. (Using the swim cap device)
So far I’ve done 1 week of the beginner routine, but since it’s mainly jelqing (I equated that to working on girth), I’ve switched to hanging with very light weight and not rushing to add more, but overall, don’t know which path I should stay on or go down.
Any advice from the more experienced would be greatly appreciated!
