I’m new here and wanna get started, can someone help me with advice? I have read the newbie exercise

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

But I really don’t understand much of it or how to do them, the hot wrap, the manual stretch, kegels? If someone could please further explain these that would be great. What did all you people try for the best results, and what do you recommend, Thanks Alot!

Realtime, the heat wrap is just used to warm and loosen the ligs, muscles etc. You can do it by heating a towel, water bag, rice sock(take a sock fill it with rice and microwave it) and warming the penis and area.

Kegels, you know when your taking a piss and you almost pull your dick inside you without using your hands and it stops you from peeing anymore. This is called a kegel. Doing numerous amounts of these helps strengthen your BC muscle( I belive?). Thus helping you last longer in bed and control ejaculation.

Ohh yeh Thanks a ton, you really simplified it for me, I’ll catch on with all the lingo sooner or later. I saw you just joined a while back, how are these exercises working for you? Also what kind of lotion are you using for the exercises? Thanks Again

So far .2” gain in EL(erect length)

and .1” in Girth.

I used Lubriderm, it’s a lotion that I find works great!

(p.s my erections are so hard I could fuck a cement wall and not feel it…)

For heating up, you can also take a hot bath or shower. Or fill a mug with hot water, dunk into it and hold it against your pelvis. Heat is good, go as hot as you can take it and repeat often.

Does everyone here do the stretches everyday, or do you guys use the 2 days on 1 day of theory?

I stretch everyday, my theory being I don’t want the tissues to completely heal, or gains from stretching will be more difficult.

If that makes sense?

Another question, when watching the wet jelq exercise do you do both the O and the over hand grab when exercising or just one of them, I watched the video and both are used, which one works better, I think the O is more comfortable but the overhand looks like more of a workout

Realtime, try all of them. You’ll find the one (ones) that work best for you. I have a hard time doing the regular O grip because of arthritis in my hands, but the overhand and c grip work fine. Experiment and listen to your body. Stick to the newbie routine and avoid injury. Listen to the veterans. Read,read,read. And be patient. That’s still the hardest thing for me. I’m still learning something just about everyday. Good luck with your growth journey.
