Enjoyed reading this thread and peoples views on all of this. Tbh I’m breaking all the rules, I’m not starting with manual exercises. I’ve bought an extender and I’m starting off very slowly with this, low times and low tension. I’m with Buckfever in the sense that I’m taking the approach of going low/light whatever you want to call it, at least initially, to get myself and my penis used to all of this. I understand and take on board that with this approach I might see no gains x months down the line and yes I’ll need to reassess if that’s the case. It’s just that I’m paranoid about going too strong initially and hardening the tissues thus making further gains very difficult or maybe impossible.
I appreciate to the pros I’m probably doing this all wrong but I want to give it a go my way first :)
