So I am fairly new at PE, I have been jelqing now for about 3 months and I have made some pretty decent length gains and a small amount of girth gains(.5 inch length and .25 inch girth).

I have read a few posts/threads here and hanging has really sparked my interest. The few posts I have read talk about getting some serious length gains of 2 inches plus! Now I’m considering on purchasing a good hanger device or making my own. Now making my own I’m nervous about I trust my handy man skills but not enough to build a contraption that locks around my cock and then to add weights to it..

So basically what I am asking is 1. What is the best device to start with? 2. How do you go about a proper hanging routine? 3. How do you know when to up the weights? 4. What kind of duration do people normally hang for? And last but not least 5. Should I be attempting something like this this early in to PE? Also should I build my own?

1- There is no such thing as better to start with, read everything about them different kinds of hangers and choose yourself one of your taste;

2- Go read blink2000 thread about hanging;

3- You should first understand the concept of listening to your penis, locate and understand the different kinds of fatigue;

4- The thing is not what people normally hang for. The real question is do you have at least 2~3 hours everyday to hang? If yes do it, if no, do as you pleases, but do not expect gains;

5- If you should do or not that is not the question, the thing is you can yes, but watch yourself;

6- I don’t advise.

Ok thanks guys for your necessary input I do appreciate it. The last thing I want to do is mess up my unit. I will wait for now until my gains slow then decide the next step.
