Hi,

I’m new here, and I’m in the phase of deciding whether or not I want to get involved with PE. On one hand, who doesn’t want a larger member, or at least one that suits their ideal, on the other hand, there are time and health considerations.

1) How much time does this really require in a day or week? Will I have to be sneaking and scheduling time away from guests and family in order to do this, or is it something that is relatively simple to integrate into one’s day?

2) One of my concerns, after having read some here, is that some exercises stretch the ligament. I’m actually quite proud that I stand at roughly 11 o’clock at 39 as I did when I was in my early 20’s. Can I still perform a number of effective exercises without giving this up?

3) My final question addresses measureability: can someone suggest or point me to documentation that shows how to measure the girth (as well as the length) of one’s penis in a reliable manner? It is after all a very mobile member, constantly varying in dimensions based on anything from time of day to temperature.

1) Many people have no problem incorporating their routines throughout the day. Some routines can be done with a 15 minute shower. You might want to try the Babbis routine for about 2 months due to it’s lower commitment level. This way you can see whether you like it or not and it doesn’t take as much time. It has worked for many.

2) PE will generally give you a stronger and healthier unit. You will notice this before you make any gains. (More than likely)

1. I have a privacy problem so it’s hard to be consistent and yes I have to sneak around, however, if you don’t have a privacy problem, sure you can incorporate it into your day just like shaving, showering, going to the gym, etc.

2. I stretch all the time and it still points up. In fact it points up even better because PE has made it healthier.
