Hello fellow PEers!

I have a few PE excercise questions.

First off: I am not sure what’s the name of this excercise, but it involves forming a ring with your fingers around the base(trapping the blood), then milking the penis with the other, free hand up the head then back down to the base. This is suppose to enlarge the girth. The thing is I can milk up towards the head but when I milk back to the base, it stretchs the skin and is pretty painful. Is this suppose to happen?

Second: I am having problems keeping a steady 60 % erection when I try to jelq. Usually, I can get about 2 successful jelqs before I get a full erection. I guess I am bless I don’t have erectile dysfunction but it’s very annoying because it consumes a lot of my time trying to get the erection to a semi. Anyone else have this problem?

When you go down you kind of slide your hand along the skin but don’t pull as you do on the upwars stroke. As far as your other problem time and practice may cure it. Try listening to music while doing it as well as thinking of ugly men lol. Also try a lower erection level say 40 percent. I find at lower erection angles I can keep it down much easier. It seems once I get to a certain percent it just wants to keep going. But I also have decent girth and am going for length so thats why I do lower levels.

I’m not sure what the name of the exercise you’re performing is, but I would be careful continuing it. The problem with backwards (reverse) jelqing is that you might enhance your penile drainage system, which could lead to erectile dysfunction. If you’re going to continue this exercise, make sure you clamp off the outflow of blood significantly. However, I personally would advise against it all together. There are plenty of other ways to increase base girth.

It sounds like your skin is traveling with your jelq stroke. One way to work around that is by performing wet jelqs. Use some vaseline, baby oil, or KY to create a slick surface that your hand can slide over. You will still be able to grip tight enough to engorge your dick, while at the same time keeping your skin in place. While performing wet jelqs, it also helps to use your non-jelqing hand to hold back the shaft skin at the base.

I had this problem when I first started jelqing. It seemed like I couldn’t go 5 minutes without popping full wood. The best way to get over this is practice, practice, practice. You just gotta be patient and let the erection subside every time throughout your session. After awhile your mind will be able to differentiate between the sensation of jelqing and masturbation (sex) which will allow you to maintain the 60-80% erection for prolonged periods of time.

Its probably a daft question, but I’ll ask it anyway. Why is it important not have a full erection when Jelqing? I would have thought that forcing blood into the penis when its at its maximum size is the only way it would stretch? I daresay that somewhere on this site someone has described the mechanisms by which this process works but how about doing it again for us ignoramuses?

Thats what I have read throughout this site and vets posts, hopefully they can give the details.

So, no answers as to why it might cause injury, just “it might”, I can’t spend all night searching the site so I thought one of the experts might give us a direct clue?

I can’t see how just massaging a 60% erect penis will do anything. I’ve tried and got 1/4 inch in a year! It seems to me if the penis were erect and you forced the blood into it, it would stretch it more?

As an aside I went swimming tonight for the second time after a break of 10 or more years - the Quack has said it may help the OE in my hip and knee. In the showers afterwards, although I have this perception of myself as “small” I think there were at least 3 out of 5 guys who were no bigger! So are some men telling porkies?
