Hi all,

I’m 25, have been doing PE (newbie routine but decreased the amount of stretches a bit since it reduces my EQ). I did PE for 4 months before, but quited for 2 months, and now started it again 1.5 month ago.

Since I have been doing PE, I think my erection strength definitely increased. I can be rock hard if I masturbate slowly and my penis is actually standing up when I stand (even though it’s bended downwards a bit).

However I notice two things that really bug me:

1. I require constant stimulation. Let’s say I have a masturbation session of 10mins, I can be rock hard for the entire 10mins, however if I leave my penis untouched for 20-30seconds, it’s completely flacid again. This is annoying during sex since sometimes I don’t feel much (either too wet, or changing position, or whatever) and I turn flacid pretty quickly. I was wondering how I can make my erection stay up longer without the need for constant stimulation?

2. I notice that when I start having sex more rapid (I.e. My motion during intercourse goes faster), I lose focus or something and I can’t rly feel my penis too much. I also start turning flacid here because I don’t really feel like its stimulating my penis. I’m pretty new at sex even though I’m 25, I was a virgin until 23, so I don’t know if it’s just preference.. I’m pretty athletic so it’s not like it’s making me tired the motion, but I just feel like I lose contact with my penis if I go too fast.

I see no one really has any input on this subject of discussion. I never had to deal with anything like this yet but I feel like I was well on my way, If you currently masturbate regularly, maybe take a break for a while. Allow the nerves in your unit to rest. After masturbating over and over again your penis will eventually become accustomed to the pressure and constant sensations of a closed hand. A vagina can do no justice in mimicking that feeling because during intercourse, it slowly loosens to fit your unit most comfortably. Unless you want to live a life of only being able to fuck virgins to stay hard, I recommend decreasing amount of masturbation a lot, if not entirely and also doing Kegel exercises throughout your day. It’s weird though, when I stimulate myself, I get hard very quickly. This also results in me having to stop jelqing every 30seconds because it keeps getting 100% hard.. Even after 4-5 months of jelqing. I can’t turn off the switch that stimulation is not-sexual it seems.

However, when I don’t touch it, I just can’t get hard 100%. I stopped porn and limited masturbation to 1 time a week for now.. But don’t know if this will help.

It will help in time. Quitting porn will have you so aroused being with a real woman you won’t have any issues.

My best advice is like others have said. Pretty much quit everything masterbating porn quit it all except PE of course. And everything will change for ya.

I was thinking of ejaculating 1 time a week using no porn by stroking very lightly to reaffirm the feeling of coming with no hard ‘hand grip’. This only in cases I don’t have sex that week). I did that last week as well.

I read some posts that holding your ejaculation for several weeks is bad for you and ejaculating 1 time a week has some benefits.

Do you agree with this approach or would it be best to not masturbate at all?

I had the same thing where erections were good but short-lived when the stimulation stops. Masturbating is good for you, but porn isn’t. Once a week is an admirable goal, and when you stop porn you’ll definitely notice that you sometimes just need it. How often is different for everybody, maybe 2-3 times per week, maybe once every 2 weeks. Don’t ignore it, it’s healthy for you. When you stroke, you don’t have to do it very lightly, just do what feels best. Just don’t squeeze the poor fellow too hard ;)

I have said before and I believe it that 2 ejaculations a week are good for prostate health. More than 2 are not necessary.

If anyone is having sex regularly, then ejaculation by masturbation is no longer needed at all.

I don’t really have a big sample size, since I’ve only had sex with 6 different girls in my life, but each girl was really wet almost every time we had sex.

With a penis of 8 inch (21cm) length and 5.3 inch (13.5cm) girth, I do not feel too much from penetration because its usually very wet and the vagina’s do not feel tight. This sometimes causes me to soften up during sex since like I said above.. I need constant stimulation. I’m hoping a very light stroke will condition my penis to also enjoy it when there is not much friction during penetration.

I doubt you’ll enjoy it when they aren’t wet and tighter, and I doubt even more that that would keep you hard. Much friction during sex is bad, it means you are hurting her. Just take it easy and learn to enjoy sex, not porn. It will take time and discipline.

Maybe its psychological, but I at least feel like there is plenty of space left until my penis fills her vagina girth wise and it sometimes feels like I’m just having sex in a pool with not much resistance/any grip.

Maybe it also has to do that I have a lot of foreskin, so my glans is actually covered when I’m fully erect. The foreskin can go over the glans if I pull it over, but I sometimes don’t have enough friction with sex that it will go over. I notice the best stimulation for my glans is when it keeps sliding over/under the glans with each stroke, as it stimulates the glans a lot.

You are too focused on your feelings and issues, that’s the problem.

It looks like you have a bit of fimosis. Stretch retracting the foreskin will help making the problem less noticeable. Not that is really a problem, Manuel Ferrara gots fimosis and he is a top male pornstar.

Here is a practical advice until you learn to master your thoughts on the issue. If you start feeling soft, remove the penis from the vagina and ask kindly for a one minute hard blowjob.

I haven’t had sex yet as of the date from my post, so I don’t know how I will function during sex. But I agree it should largely be a mental issue.

I have been following the masturbating for 1 time a week for three weeks now and I completely quited porn. The positive effect is that my erection happens a lot quicker (it already happend quick, but its hard even faster now). The downside is that for some reason it still needs stimulation to keep up, else it still fades away after 20-30 seconds or so.

Since recent I’ve been having trouble getting too hard during jelqing. I already used to have trouble that I got hard from jelqing (ever since I started jelqing), but I could at least do 1-1.5 minutes of jelqing before I got to 90-100% erection level. Then I would stop.wait.and repeat.

Now all I need is 4-5 jelqs of 3-4 seconds to go from semi-flacid to as hard as a rock. I even did weird stuff like looking at grandma pictures or vomit pictures. Doesn’t help. I have two explanations for this: maybe the thought of working on growing my dick is too much of a turn on for me, that may be true. Other is that I have some weird fetish for aggressive sex that I haven’t discovered yet.. Jelqing shouldn’t be pleasurable right?
