CORPUS cavernosum X C spongiosum

CORPUS cavernosum X C spongiosum

I’ve been PEing for about 2 months; some gains, but I am worried because it seems only the Corpus Cavernosum are feeling the effects of PE.The corpus spongiosum, which is attached to the glans seems to be “hidding” as the CCs get bulky. Because of this, I sometimes have good erections but the glans stays soft giving a flat aspect to my penis. So, is there anybody who could tell me what is going on? Is there any particular exercise for the Corpus spongiosum?? Any ideas about all this?

There was a thread recently about soft glans’. Seems it is a common problem among us PEers.

I do not think you are going to get any solid answer on this question, but I will try.

In my experience the corpus spongiosum is much harder to work out because it is attatched to the glans. When working out the penis, the blood in the CS expands to the head, blowing it up like a balloon. Once the pressure is released, the blood in the head goes back to normal much quicker then the blood in the CC. This is due to the type of tissue the head of the penis is made of (it is much easier to expand and condense, therefore harder to permanently expand).

I just thought of an idea to work out ONLY THE CS.

This might work.

Try creating a light tourniqet grip at the base of your penis with one hand.
With your other hand, use your index finger and your thumb to lightly jelq the CS.
the tips of your index finger and your thumb should be facing you while your are jelqing the CS only.

This might be hard to understand so if you are confused, go ahead and ask.

Try this for 5 minutes a day for a few weeks and I think you will have some positive results.

Good Luck.

BTW, do this exercise at the erection level you normal jelq in.

Thank you, guys!

Did you get a chance to try the exercise?

Not yet, but I plan to include it in my routine as soon as I restart PEing. Has anybody done it?
