Couple newb questions

If I’m wanting to increase both length and girth, should I add the uzi#3 stretch routine to the newbie routine you all have shown?

My other question is would most of you recommend a pump? Would that help to improve gains, maintain gains, quicken gains, etc.it seems logical enough to me.can I still have substantial gains with only stretching/jelqing and not using any pump, clamping, weight hangers, etc.will it be alot slower without pumps, clamps

Sorry if I posted questions previously asked, but I didn’t see them in the skim through of the facts and newbie info.I’ve been scanning this forum for about an hour and just need to take a break for a little bit lol

Currently I’m 5.0inches on the dot erect, and only have a straight ruler so haven’t measured girth just yet, I was originally hoping for 6 inches but after viewing some of the before and after pictures you have here it seems like alot more then 1 inch is obtainable

And my last question is, is it alright to climax once your finished jelqing/stretching? I’ve read different things in many places.what I read earlier today here is to make sure I don’t complete prior to jelqing as the glans will become too sensitive

Don’t add the Uli Stretch until you’ve done the newbie routine for at least 3 months to condition your penis as that is an advanced exercise with a high degree of injury if you tried it now. Just stick to the newbie routine for now.

Pump can certainly help with gains, but stick with stretching/jelquing/newbie routine and get all the gains you can with your own two hands.

Finishing your routine with a climax has been debated again and again for years. A search on masturbation and gains will turn up tons of threads. I don’t think it hurts as long as it doesn’t cut into your jelquing/stretching routine. Heck, some people even call that edging or ballooning (Search on those too) and an exercise in intself. ;)

And last initial question is I normally will get a tiny purple dot or two on my head when I finish up jelqing, is that a sign I’m doing it too hard or is that normal?

Cock rings have their place, but not for you, yet. Exercises done “cock ring erect” are not desired for newbies. Full erect exercises are advanced and can be dangerous. Some people think they’re too dangerous even for advanced PE’ers. Stretching should be done flaccid and jelquing somewhere around a 70% erection level.

The level of erection is important. If you Jelq with too low an erection level or allow your erection to subside for too long before correction, the pressure during the progression of each stroke will vary greatly. The start of the stroke will be low pressure and the end of the stroke will be a much higher pressure. The minimum erection level you should allow is 40%-50%. In general, the greater the erection, the more effect on girth. Likewise, the lower the erection, the more effect on length.
