Critique My Routine Please
Hey everyone,
I am still a TOTAL newbie at this whole PE thing, as I have been doing it for only 9 days now. I am posting this now because so far in a very short amount of time I have made quite a bit of girth gains, but my length hasn’t seemed to budge. Going into this I was sort of hoping to increase length, and not worrying so much about the girth. Is this routine fine for length (I was trying to focus on one for that)? Again, I know that I am still VERY early into this PE training, and I guess I am just looking for a veteran member to assure me that this routine is able to generate length, and that I just need to give it time. With that being said, here’s my routine:
I do a nice long warm-up (8 min with a hot moist face cloth), then do all the stretches shown in Ocifar’s Manual Stretch video (up, down, left, right, then circle). Each stretch I hold in the positions mentioned before for 30 seconds. Then I re-apply the hot face cloth again (for like 1-2 minutes) just to make sure I’m really loose. Then I do the stretches again, hot face cloth once more, then stretches, then face cloth. So by this point I have gone through the stretches 3 times now, and applied the face cloth total of 4 times (I don’t necessarily think you need to use a warmup that often, but I like to do it as it starts to get sore quickly if my penis is not nice and warm and stretchy). Then I go into my jelqing. I am only doing the wet jelq and am now doing it 300 times per workout as 5 sets of 60. Each set I do 20 normal jelqs, then 20 overhand jelqs, then 20 normal jelqs again. I take like a 1 minute break in between sets just because I find doing 300 in a row is pretty intense and the break also gives me chance to add more lubricant if I feel I need to. Then when I’m done the jelqing I just jump in a real hot shower and use that as my warm down. I just do kegels at various times throughout the day, and am not too worried about those as I used to do them a while back. I have been doing 3 days on and 1 day off for my routine. As you can see, it is very close to the Newbie Routine on this site, and I have just sort of changed it to fit for me a bit. It takes me about 40 minutes to do it all, and right now that is the length of ‘workout’ I would like to stick to as if it takes much longer than that it will seem to take up too much of my day.
Thanks to everyone who takes the time to read this. All responses are welcomed and much appreciated. Good luck to all!
