Alright well I did some research and at least I’m not the only fool who has done this man I really thought I fucked up big time there cuz I’m also trying to follow thoughtfulgold methods for newbies right as to abstain from masturbating not like forever but enough y’know so I was trying and doing 1 every 2 weeks or 1 a week as to not lose any gains,testosterone or anything beneficial for me through PE but yeah I used to the search button and learned a bit

Yeah, I know what you mean. I did some research and just started. I can control myself pretty good because I workout a lot and after that and Jelqing I’m too tired to even think about masturbating. There is even a theory if you workout a lot and eat healthy and bulky you can gain quicker so that’s a tip.

I would say it has hindered my gain rate a little so I try to keep it to a minimum. Like you though I mess up from time to time. In the end, I think it’s somewhat counterproductive but not the end of the world if it only happens once in awhile. That’s been my experience but I will add the disclaimer that we are all a little bit different so some others may have not had the same experience as me.

Man sometimes it’s confusing y’know for a beginner I mean cuz we want solid responses as to what’s good or not but then since every guy is different and reacts different it really just depends on the dick and person but hey hopefully it doesn’t fuck us up that much or maybe it doesn’t fuck us up at all but worry still stays in the back of my head so I’ll just treat every encounter with the out most caution and still abstaining from masturbating still has benefits in general disregarding PE it boost serotonin,testosterone and libido and all that but hey every once a week doesn’t hurt or 1 every 2 weeks

To give a more rounded response that is based in some….science…loosely.

They have done a lot of studies about this actually, just not in relation to PE. As there have been many, many big name athletes who have touted abstinence before training, big games, fights, or what have you. Which made it an interesting enough topic for researchers to explore. This is why I said loosely though, as I wouldn’t say doing some PE is within the same realm as golden glove boxer going into a big fight. However, there’s some things we can ascertain from the studies.

Basically abstaining from ejaculation doesn’t really offer any hormonal or physiological benefits. In fact the biggest connection the found to abstaining and performance was that those who believed it would have improvements actually had some, at least mentally. So more or less placebo. However placebo affect probably wont have enough of an impact on whether or not your dick will grow. In the end abstaining only has a minor impact on males hormone levels none of which will directly affect PE. Interestingly enough even if it did, lets say have a major impact on testosterone. Well, you can go to the chemical PE threads and see that pretty much no user has reported massive gains after starting TRT.

I think the only honest impact is that unlike the studies done in relation to sports, PE is directly related to our dicks. So one very real side affect from ejaculation that could impact PE would be refractory periods. Obviously if you abstain from ejaculation your libido will typically be higher. This can be good for exercises where you need to obtain an erection, or even having the drive to play with your dick in the first place. Unfortunately, this is much more of a mental issue which means this will change from person to person. Some will be able to have sex for 3 hours and cum a handful of time before immediately having a solid session of PE, while others might skimp out on their routine the following day just from a quicky.

Summary
This is why the general consensus is that it doesn’t have an impact but can be down to the person on whether or not it does. As physiologically there really is no benefit in not cumming, theirs only a light psychological detriment to some people when they do ejaculate.

Elias I have mentioned this before, which you as usual have ignored. Now I am warning you to read, understand and follow the forum guidelines on sentence structure, punctuation, not using chat talk, and others.
