Current Routine

I’m currently aiming for at least 6 hours a day of hanging. Adding extending back in once the replacement parts arrive, probably going to stick with 2 hours of extending while I exercise, 4 hours of hanging when I first wake up, and 2 hours once I get home from work. With jelqing after each session to improve my blood flow and help with the healing process.

ATM, I’m doing a little over 40 hours a week, with the weekends being downtime for healing. I do stretches and levels throughout the day, for the purpose of improving overall health, and hopefully improving EQ.

Think this is too much, or enough for a beginner?

As for weight, I’m currently using 3lbs, while hanging. I’m planning on going for 4lbs, after the first six months, and once a year has passed, taking a month long break from hanging, and simply doing manual exercises and extending to lower tension necessary and work on cementing gains. After the month break, it’ll be back to 3lbs, for another 6 months, and then 4lbs, for the next 6, and seeing where I am then.
