Dick feels overtrainned after 7 mins of jelqing.
Well I’m not by any means a newbie at PE, been doing it for about 2 years, but I thought I would get a better response in this section.
I’ll keep it short and sweet and explain the problem in cliff notes:
-Jelqed, stretched (ADS and manuel), and hung, for my first 2 years of PE
-Stopped gaining so took 3 months off
-Started jelqing for 10- mins 2 days on, 1 off when I resumed PE
-Always jelq at 70% erect
-10-15 min hot water warm up/warm down and jelq under an IR lamp
-This proved to be WAY too intense and I temporarily lost some size, poor erection quality, etc.
-Took about 10 days off, start jelqing for 7-8 minutes 1 on/2 off schedule
-Still seems a little too intense. I get a little retraction after the workout but a heavier flaccid hang about an hour later that lasts throughout the day and up to 2 days later. Get very slight discoloration (no red dots though). I get an instant boner at ANYTHING I see throughout these 2 days, nice quality etc but heres the thing: After I masterbate, which is always atleast 1 day after the previous workout, I get some retraction again (lose heavy flaccid hang), and my dick kinda feels “beat up”. In the back of my mind I am paranoid I am overtaining again but think to myself how this can be possible with all the heat I use and low duration of my workouts. I don’t even workout that intensly. I do slow 2-3 second jelqs with a pretty firm but not death grip.
Any suggestions why my penis can’t take this mild workout?
