Did I Ruin My Gains?
Hey everybody I’m pretty new to PE 1 month in about and I have already made some slight gains but I definitely know that the past 2 weeks or so I’ve been exercising too hard. I am now in the process of dialing it down. But I’m nervous in this short amount of time is it possible that I’ve toughened up my member? I’m worried that I’ve messed up my chance for gaining.. Can anyone add some insight to this?
