Did I Ruin My Gains?

Hey everybody I’m pretty new to PE 1 month in about and I have already made some slight gains but I definitely know that the past 2 weeks or so I’ve been exercising too hard. I am now in the process of dialing it down. But I’m nervous in this short amount of time is it possible that I’ve toughened up my member? I’m worried that I’ve messed up my chance for gaining.. Can anyone add some insight to this?

Take your time Ryshea! Relax. I am sure you’ve done the right thing- you will know when your bloke there is ready to resume training - stay healthy and exercise and he will be raring to go in no time. Regardless of time required, you could gently “edge” when he feels like it ! Not a medic though!!!

I had the same thoughts once upon a time when I switched to an advanced routine after only ~2 months of newbie routine although I was still gaining from the newbie routine. After the switch I didn’t gain anything for like a month and I thought damn have I messed up? Why didn’t I just stick to the newbie routine since it was working great for me? Have I toughened up my ligs?

But then about a month into my new routine great gains started to come back.

So I wouldn’t worry too much if I were you.
