Didn't Gain Girth Even a Few Years

My dick size is around Length 5.5-6”, but my girth is around 4.25”. I m Asian Chinese.

I have been doing jelqing, stretching etc for a few years. I think I gained 0.5” in length, nothing in girth..

These 7-9 months , I tried uli, pumping and clamping. Currently, I incorporate pumping and camping together. But, I still didn’t gain much in girth, maybe 0.1” at best. (4.35”)

I also take break every 6-7weeks.
One point is I m horny, occasionally ejaculated after PE.
(*I have very strong erection dick even before PE)
What am doing wrong? I m doing almost anything to make it fatter.. But, it’s seems fail.

My current routine:
1.
Dick Air pumping 2-4 hg, 5-10min
Clamping wit watching porn, 3 sets X 5 minutes
Whole package (ball) air pumping, 2-4hg,5-10 min
I do this, at least 2-3 times a week.

2.dick air pumping 3-5hg, 40 minutes once a week. (4 x 10 minutes)

3. If got time, I will add air pumping 20 minutes morning and another 20 min in afternoon /evening.

*I doesnt apply heat anymore because I tried before, doesnt help in my case

I believe for girth gains, you have to see at least 1/4 inch expansion, but better 1/2 or even bigger. Penis can sustain small increase with full recovery back, it’s elastic. Sometimes I have 10+/10 erection, and it actually pushes about 0.1 inch above my ordinary size. I can do strong kegel at any moment, and it makes it expand same amount. And I’m not sure it made my penis bigger during my whole life.

So how big expansion you actually get during your routine?


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

If just pumping, I get little expansion girth wise…
Maybe low hg?
After a session, ya… The dick look fatter.

If high HG pressure, I got expansion length wise.
*I tend to get length expansion more easily than girth

1.75” cylinder for dick pumping. (my cut dick head looks bigger, but the measure range fr 4.3-4.5”, kinda of difficult to measure the head )

One of the reasons why people use heat, because it makes expansion easier. It makes penis more elastic, so we can push more.

Have you tried different exercises? I have similar problem and I don’t gain girth with standard routine. But I found 2 ways when I can actually push significantly. One way is high pressure pumping. Going from 4HG to 12-15HG I see 3/4 - 1 inch increase in length and decent girth. I used paper ring to check number in tube, it was 1/4 inch thicker and I completely broke that. The problem is, I’m not conditioned for that at all. After few minutes session of dynamic pumping (going up to 12HG, then reset and repeat) I saw around hundred very small red dots. It disappears in 12-24 hours, but still don’t wanna risk with injury. Was surprised to see close to 0.2 inch length gain after single week of such experiment though. So I think it has huge potential, with correct approach. Another way I found is compression, it’s basically anti-stretch. With one hand I make O-ring and hold near base, with another I push half-erect (flaccid and soft, but close to erect size) from glans to base. So my length becomes much smaller, but girth comes up to 6 or 6 1/2 inches. I don’t know name of this exercise, probably some people did that also. Don’t know also if that can affect length in negative way, but I think I will experiment with it for few months to see.

Its called squash jelq. I tried it before, maybe not long enough time.

I hwve tried the ultimate girth exercise, clamping… I should gain, but…

Is temporary although the size of the pump will gradually increase every six months or so. Focus on this for perm gains You need to expand the tissue from inside with as much blood as possible. Take 50 ml viagra, sit in the bath to soften the tissue, as you feel the viagra start to work put on a cockring, don’t go fully errect you get better expansion at 80 %, kegel in blood then clamp at the base by hand, hold for maybe 5 mins the viagra allows you to clamp in maximum blood for much longer, never

Overtrain this prevents repair occuring. Leave it alone to repair for 24hrs anything else is hindering the repair process.

Ya, my fully erect girth is less than my 80+% erection level

I’ve experienced much more thickness through using the penimaster pro and pumping. I know it’s anecdotal, but I have my theories why…

Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 8" 6/10/19 in tube. 6/10/19 BPEL 7.7", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm
