Is there any way to just gain girth

I’m already 9 inches in length, but only 5 inches in girth. Just to give you a brief background, I started jelqing back in 2008, only the basic warm up for 15 mins, jelq for 30, then cool downs.. I did this off and on (and when I say off and on I mean maybe 1 week, then the next 2 months I took off because of not being motivated). I was 7 inches in length and 4.5 in girth at first, but I believe that due to maybe newbie gains and losing weight, it bumped me up to a solid 9 inches in length, and 5.0 in girth. I’m 21 btw so idk if I was still growing at the time or not. Anywho, I don’t like the way my 5 inches of girth look on my 9 inch penis, it makes it look skinny in my opinion. Whenever I talk to a woman she’ll say it’s “long” and give it compliments and shit.. But I notice the word, “long” all the time, not big. Most of them feel it in their stomach (well womb or w/e) but hell I want to stretch them out both ways, dominate that shit. So my question to you guys is, is there ways to just gain girth only? I don’t know if I want to gain any more length. If I have to gain more length by gaining girth, then I guess I’ll just have to do so. My overall (hopefully realistic) goal is to at least get to 5.5, but my dream would be to become a 6-6.5’er.

- Then again maybe I’m just being greedy and beating myself up. But I just don’t see my penis as being thick in my opinion.. And I feel that it needs work.

I know you mentioned that you did PE in the past but when was the last time you consistently had a routine? Based on that I would recommend just reconditioning your dick and then focusing strictly on clamping. It is arguably the most girth oriented exercise on the forum.

Aha, I’ve heard of clamping before but was always afraid to do so. The last time I had a constant routine was a little more than a year ago.

Try out pumping and clamping

Clamping is fine as long as you are careful (as with any PE exercise). If you are serious about wanting more girth, then you should get re-acquainted with the stresses involved with PE by doing the newbie routine for a few months and then looking into clamping imo.

Even while you are getting re-acquainted with PE, you should read through and understand the principles laid out in this thread:

That way you can be ready ahead of time to get started with it if you choose to do so.

Definitely clamping, although you could see an increase in length due to EQ but I doubt it would be much.

go with the clamps and take it easy. get used to it. start slowly. clamping can give you length gains but in most cases only minor ones and I actually doubt you will gain length at all since it should be hard for you because you already gained so much.
