Different ways to warm up?
I never really bothered warming up for every time I was doing a PE exercises, for example before wearing an extender for long periods of time I wouldn’t warm up.. I recently developed a slight injury/tired penis and I’m looking for the best way to warm up and increase blood flow. A rag soaked in hot water doesn’t seem to hold the heat for very long. I’ve tried standing in front of a small portable heater but that felt weird and unsafe. There’s a method that seems good but I want people’s opinion and knowledge as to whether it’s a good idea? The method is filling a cup with warm/hot water and putting your penis in the water then pressing the cup against yourself. Basically your penis is being submerged in warm/hot water for however long you want, kind of like wearing a bathmate with hot water in it but without pumping.
Is this a good way to warm up?
