I never really bothered warming up for every time I was doing a PE exercises, for example before wearing an extender for long periods of time I wouldn’t warm up.. I recently developed a slight injury/tired penis and I’m looking for the best way to warm up and increase blood flow. A rag soaked in hot water doesn’t seem to hold the heat for very long. I’ve tried standing in front of a small portable heater but that felt weird and unsafe. There’s a method that seems good but I want people’s opinion and knowledge as to whether it’s a good idea? The method is filling a cup with warm/hot water and putting your penis in the water then pressing the cup against yourself. Basically your penis is being submerged in warm/hot water for however long you want, kind of like wearing a bathmate with hot water in it but without pumping.

Is this a good way to warm up?

Anyway you want to bring warm moist heat to the area is fine.

I just do my (manual) exercise routine in the shower. The first 5 minutes under the hot water are my warmup.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

This is my favorite way of warming up and its the most convenient.
I am using a little hair dryer pistol.
I am heating all angles of my penis while stretching it a little bit in order to get the heat more internally.
You have to use it in its lower scale.

the other advantage of this method is that you can also use this heat while you are performing the stretches.
for example when I was doing 1min manual stretching sets…. i was heating my penis for the 1st 30secs and the rest 30secs without heat,
