Discouraged newbie routine since September advice?

I have been doing the newbie routine since September. By November had gained about 1/4” in length, few breaks routine has been intermittent since Thanksgiving. Measured yesterday and BPEL same as it was in September.

- Should I keep following newbie routine?

- Should I mix in vacuum pumping?

I wouldn’t recommend jumping to vacuum pumping. It sounds like you experienced some “newbie gains” which is basically the result of your ligaments stretching, but then when you stopped they returned to their original position. Part of PE is bringing the gains out, but another part is “cementing” gains or trying to make them more permanent. It’s a use it or lose it kind of thing, but after a certain point the gains become permanent.

What’s your schedule like? How many “on” and “off” days have you been using for your routine?

Have you had any negative side effects like decreased EQ?

Measuring size statistics too much takes it’s toll on the overall goal.

The ultimate point being as such is to stay on the road to a larger chode.

Keeping the ruler in the hutch stops the risk of a swift frigo to your ego.

For the intent to truly touch is the persistence of being consistent.

If your routine is inconsistent how can you expect anything other then inconsistent results? It seems to me first get the consistency right and then judge the routine.

What John said. You went from gaining with a consistent routine to not gaining with an inconsistent one. Go back to consistently doing your newbie routine and give it a couple more months before upping intensity.

Even with an inconsistent routine you gained a 1/4 inch and you want to change it? No not a good idea. If your gaining do something keep doing it. Your gains stopped because of inconsistency not because your maxed out.

My current schedule is two days on and one day off, newbie length routine.

No negative side effects like decreased erection quality.

Will stick with it another three weeks and work on consistency.
