Weekly Newbie Routine
Hello everyone, three weeks ago I started the Newbie Routine and I plan on continuing it for at least two months before moving on the something more advanced.
My current schedule is as follows.
Monday: Newbie Routine
Tuesday: Newbie Routine
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Newbie Routine
Friday: Newbie Routine
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Maintenance
My maintenance routine is just five minutes of stretching and 100 jelqs.
So two things:
1. I would like to try and make a weekly schedule. Any help with that is appreciated.
2. When jelqing I alternate grip methods can that have any negative effect?
