Do I have venous leak

See My other Thread too know what problem I have. I can maintain erection, sometimes weaker, sometimes very hard, but the penis head is still weak, do I have venous leak? Thanks

I don’t think so, if you can have very hard erections. If you have any other major injury, only an urologist can say for sure. You shouldn’t ask for diagnosis over the Internet, it can’t do any good.

I will go soon to doctors, and also I have been told that I may have burst blood vessel, is it treatable?? Thanks

Who said that you have burst blood vessels? Basing on which symptoms/exams?

It sounds like you ruptured a blood vessel in your penis which caused oedema or your penis to fill up with blood in an unnatural way. You may have serious vascular damage.

See a Urologist immediately and tell him everything you’ve experienced."

Read this please.

How to improve weak erection ?

I don’t know if Tweaking is a Doctor. I’m not, just to be clear. It is my layman understanding that if you break a blood vessels (that could not be a serious injury per se, by the way) then blood comes out. If the blood vessel is near the skin and is thin, you can have red dots, that become dark.

If the vessel is internal and is big, than blood has to go somewhere: a) if blood finds a way to come out from your penis, you’d notice for sure; b) if blood can’t come out, you had swelling, than darkening, a severe worsening of your pain, and necrosis, I think.

You had this injury about 1 year and half ago, right? And you can have erections. If it was a burst vessel, it was not a big vessel.

My 2 cents is that you strained your BC muscle and maybe caused a minor torn to your Tunica Albuginea. Rest and it will heal by itself. But see a Doctor anyway.

I repeat: I’m not a Doctor, and even if I was you shouldn’t take anything I said for granted. Diagnosis can’t be made without direct examination, except for very common and minor injuries.

Thanks for your reply, the injury happened like that, I squeeze my penis at the very base, than I felt like little pop and my erection just lost and my penis shrinks to very small size and become very hard (in flaccid state) and my hearth was beating very fast and my legs was very hot (burning) it was the worse st day in my life. Now if I get erection the head of my penis won’t erect and my pelvic muscle pain and become hard and very uncomfortable, is it possible that the blood goes into my pelvic muscle and not to the tip of my penis? If it is the damaged blood vessel? I’m not sure if it is the tunica, because I feel the problem is in the pelvic area near the base of my penis.

This is exactly what Tweaking described. Try sending him a Personal Message asking for an update on his situation. I do know that the deflated or less full glans can be caused through PE but more than likely for most people it was that way before they started PE. If I remember correctly Tweaking did think it was a slight venous leak.

The glans is naturally softer than the shaft. If the blood is going to your pelvic area, how could you have erections, sometimes, as you said, very hard erections? Damage to vessels aren’t associated by any ‘pop’ that I know, nor venous leakage has pain as typical symptom. Now, stop reading injury threads, relax your mind and wait to see the Doctor.

To be fair there have been a number of posts I’ve read from people who’s glans would get fully engorged before PE and because of the way they exercised caused a problem/injury where this could no longer happen. I’ve become aware now of my soft glans but looking back it was this way before PE as is the case with the majority of people.

Thanks to everyone for your response, my erection just changing month to month, sometimes hard sometimes weaker, sometimes very weak etc. I feel and think that the glans problem is related to the Pelvic area and also I just can’t sit for long time it is very painful/burning, I will keep you updated when I go to Doctors, take care.

You can’t sit for long time? Why?
