I am only three months in with some small gains in length and girth.
I am wondering what happens to the glans over an extended career of PE?
Do they get bigger too or do you end up with a long fat penis with (relatively) small glans?
For me it grew in proportion to the rest of my penis.

As of right now mine are not growing but I think it has to do with my inability to jelq. I am doing some pumping to try and help.
My glands grew in proportion to the rest of my penis as well.
For me it grew in proportion to the rest of my penis.

Guys! let’s make sure we use correct terminology. The head of the penis is the glans penis, (often shortened to glans) Not glands. There really is a difference.

I think that’s right; I believe that pumping probably has more effect on the glans than on girth because girth is limited by the tunica albuginea, buck’s facia, and dartos facia which is missing from the glans.

Thanks for all the replies. Mid EG is now 5.125 to 5.2 but glans is only about 4.75 so I am keen to grow them. I assume that one of the best ways to increase size of the glans would be Uli#3?
