Does erect hanging provide more gains?
Hello, I am hanging and pumping since 2 months. I recognised, that I feel more stretch when I hang erect. Is there anyone that tried erect hanging for a longer time? What did you experience?

That’s a hard stop for me! Erect hanging with a bib isn’t gonna happen.

Erect hanging is not recommended!. It could be very dangerous.
