I’ve (not —>ive) read a lot on this forum and it seems to me that the routines that people go through start of relatively light but then get more intensive over the years. Is this because its absolutely necessary to go on the increase? I mean would it not be possible to have a relatively simple and non straining routine that serves one throughout their entire PE career? Or does it have to be this way if one wants to gain??

You have addressed what I think is an important issue. Yes, when you first begin, you should start out light and build up your tolerance to this new activity. As you learn about the process, you should build your routine up to a moderate level that you determine provides a beneficial result without causing damage.

And now for the important part. I don’t think is is necessary to continually add more force to your routine once you find your ideal workout level. It is, however, what most guys do, because it seems the natural thing to do and you get anxious to get bigger and faster results. What most often results is that guys end up using too much force and causing damage that actually slows down or even completely stalls out the process.

So as far as the use of force is concerned, whether it be jelqing or hanging or stretching or pumping, find the moderate force that brings results without causing trauma. If you want to add to your routine from that point, keep using the same force, but do it for a longer time.

I totally agree with gprent. I’ve managed to sustain growth from the same routine for some months – coming on a year - now. The thing is as well if you accidently over-condition your member by adding unnecessary stress by more exercises, a deconditioning break and then a continual of the same exercise that yielded optimal growth has worked for me.

The key is to find the routine that gives you the best gains. This routine could well be 10-15 minutes maximun every two days. It doesn’t have to be extreme.

Its just reading some peoples hardcore routines kind of scares me. The penis seems such a vulnerable thing which doesnt look like it could handle much punishment.

The thing is, it CAN handle that punishment if you condition it to. If, however, you maintain a low condition-plateau, you can give yourself an ‘intense’ workout with a softcore routine which is only minimal in duration.

Sorry do you mean that if you reach a low intensive plateau, that you can do a one off intense routine that breaks one back into being able to do low intensive whilst getting gains??

Simply, if you have a high-intensity routine (ADS, pumps, 30 minutes or more jelqing, or whatever), your penis will become conditioned to this higher intensity.

If you have an unconditioned cock, you can exert the same amount of stress to your penis with the Newbie Routine as a conditioned penis would exert with high-intensity routine.

Ideally then, you should keep your conditioned level low for optimum growth.

I finally got over the squeamishness i felt about jelqs, however i do feel strange doing stretches. Do stretches negatively affect ones girth, just that I’ve got quite good girth and I’m worried about losing it?

For me personally, Jelqbeginner, I have been doing the minimum intensity workout for 3 months (10 min jelqing, 5 min stretching) and my gains are showing no sign of slowing. I believe once you find what works perfectly for you (while trying to keep it low on intensity so that you don’t get injured) you should stick with that until it stops working for you - DON’T GET CARRIED AWAY AND ADD IN EXTRA EXERCISES WHEN YOU DON’T NEED THEM! What this will do, based on what I’ve read, is it will maybe get you nice gains, while risking injury, but as soon as your penis adapts to these high intensity exercises you will have no where to go to get more gains. If you get lots of gains with low intensity and then they slow, you can simply up the intensity to get more gains. But, if you have no where to go since you’re already at such a high intensity, you’re forced to go on a deconditioning break.

I felt the same about stretches when I first started. They don’t do any harm. Take your time with them, get used to the feelings. There’s absolutely no rush with Penis Enhancement. :)

Thanks for the advice guys. I wouldn’t rush zealously into intensive routines simply because i find the non intensive exercises squeamish enough lol. I’ve read that penis enlargement causes one to pull out some of their inner penis rather than actually making their penis any longer, and that idea makes me super squeamish! And when i do stretches i almost imagine pulling some of that inner penis out. Although, that said, I’m getting used to the idea of doing jelqs which used to make me squeamish so i guess the same will happen to me regarding stretches.

If growth occurs when these two variables (Routine intensity level, and PEer penis conditioned level [lower the number the more intense]) hit zero (give or take 1), and injury is a minus figure and no growth is a positive figure Then:

(1)Newbie Routine = 7
Newbie cock condition level = 7

= 0

GROWTH.

(2)Intense routine = 1
PE addict cock condition level = 1

GROWTH

(3)Intense routine = 1
PE addict cock condition level = 2

= - 1

INJURY, LITTLE GROWTH
