Does Stretch Direction Matter?

Does Stretch Direction Matter?

I’m just looking to get about an inch on length and I’m good.

I started stretching a week ago and it’s too annoying trying to stretch in all directions.

Right now the outward and downward stretch feel the strongest so I’ve just been doing those.

From a scientific standpoint how does the direction of the stretch affect growth? And what are you even growing in the first place?

I’m interested in this also

Downwards stretches the ligaments upwards stretches more of tunica. Both are important stretch in all directions.

Start Jul 2016 - 4.5 BPEL x 4.25 MSEG.

Peak - 6.6 BPEL x 5.13 MSEG

Downward and straight out stretches are the most effective. Thats because they target the dorsal tunica, the part of the penis that we want to lengthen.

If stretching only in one direction didn’t work, extenders and hanging wouldn’t work…

Of course, by stretching in all different directions, you are stretching more of the total tissue, and as efficiently as possible, but you can reduce the directions and still get results in my opinion.

I for instance, don’t stretch down often because I don’t want to further lower my erecton angle, which is a side-effect of stretching the suspensory ligaments.

I still stretch out, up, diagonally up and out, both sides, and diagonally our and down sparingly.

With practice, your arm strength and endurance will increase. Switching hands helps as well.
