I have a small, and narrow penis, and my head isn’t that much to hold on to.
I have foreskin, and while I try to “pull down” and grab the actual penis, I feel discomfort and friction.
Going down is the only way I feel a stretch reaching from the base, others I only feel like Iäm straiting the penis out.
ANd also, If I may ask. Is the “sit-down stretch” really ONLY for flaccid length? I like this exercise but have temporarily deleted it from my routine, and replaced with stretches and v-stretch.
By the way, is 2sets stretches4 directions30secs, and 4 sets v-stretch too short?
Because I read other forums that you should do 10-12 sets v-stretch for example..
And 10 times stretches.
