Does stretching do *anything* for girth?

I seem to do more stretches than squeezes because I’m flaccid more often than hard.

Does stretching do *anything* for girth? Even just a little? (Girth is really what I want more)

I would think that by elongating the penis vertically, that at least I’m adding *some* element of volume (however small) which is positive for girth?

Sure. Your body isn’t going to somehow only build new cells in a longitudinal direction. The majority of growth will happen in the direction you are causing the most stress in though. But more cells means more mass, and I don’t think it’s realistic to expect all that mass to only be in length. Most, but not all.
