Does this routine sound good?

I am a newbie I’m starting with a hot towel for 5 minutes, than warming up for 5 minutes, next I jelq for a 100 times usually 5-6 sec a jelq, and lastly I warm down for 5 minutes.

Any suggestions?

HatHat, welcome to Thunder’s Place. The best thing to do is get into a routine and listen to your body. The newbie is suggested for anyone starting because it seems to be the safest for conditioning. Many guys see growth from it. If you do see growth stay the course until you stop seeing gains. However don’t get upset if no gains are produced. Not everyone will see gains from the newbie. It’s more about getting you accustomed to PE. Best of luck.
