Newbie Routine, Is This Good ?

Hello I’ve now been doing PE for a little under a month. I started out with basic newbie stretches and jelqing just to get my penis used to everything. For about a week now I’ve been hanging. I started with 7lb weight and I’m now on 11lb which is a comfortable weight for me and I feel a good stretch. I’ve just purchased a pump and a stretcher and this is how I plan to have my routine

I’m taking no rest days, so Monday to Sunday will be as follows

Every night after work I will get home and start with two 30min hanging sessions.
Have a 1-2 hour break then do another two hanging sessions which I might drop to 20mins depending on feeling
I will follow this straight up with some jelqing between 10-20mins again depending on feeling
I will then follow this straight up with 20 mins on the pump at high pressure
And lastly I will wear the penis stretcher for a few hours before bed.
My rest will be when I sleep as I think this should be enough

I’m hoping to see some gains in a few weeks so I shall keep posted with updates. If anyone has any advice or tips please share

At this moment I’m about 5.7 in length none bone pressed and 4.7 girth would love to see 7x5.5. My ultimate dream would be the 8x6 but I’ll try and stay realist for now and see if this stuff actually works

No, this is not good. It is way, way, way too much. You need rest days and for a newbie, I would suggest workouts every other day, or maybe 2 on 1 off.

Also you do not have enough conditioning, maybe nobody does, to combine hanging, jelqing, pumping and stretching all in one session.

You have no pumping experience, so no way you can start doing high pressure pumping without significant damage. A good starting pressure is only 3”hg.

You can go ahead and do what you have planned, but you will find out very quickly that you will cause significant damage and trauma, that just cannot be sustained.

PE is a slow process that can’t be rushed.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Where to start writing

Question: My situation is as follow; 5.75 penis with good girth and the erection level is super hard, 41-year-old, Physically very fit but! I want to experience a longer penis witch as always been a secret
Desire for me alone. My wife is happy now but not against and exercise IF only IF this will not give me a softer erection. Will the endeavor of exploring this Technical (PE) could do such a thing keeping in mind that I am responsible and intelligent person who will follow step by step guidance?

Such opinion is quite common for people who don’t believe PE works. But that’s wrong, because if you stretch your penis then not only skin and connective tissues grow, but also blood delivery system. And even if you can somehow stretch faster than blood delivery system adapts then you can always take rest or focus on erection exercises. But usually it never happens and most of people notice even harder erections than it was before.

You can give it a try, but I can guarantee you you are going to cause visible trauma and hurt your EQ. The worst thing you can do for PE is to overboard in an effort to speed up results. It results in injury and absolutely no gains. PE is a very long process that requires patience and persistence.

So give it a try but be prepared to stop and reevaluate what you are doing before significant damage keeps building up.

I would say your routine wlll be great after you have grown 1-1/2” and hit a plateau… shy of that you are over doing it.

If you really are asking for advice I would say to cut your routine in half and follow the proven guidelines for SLOWLY adding weight.
You should not be at 11 lbs yet unless you are going for a nice strong dick that will be able to pull a pick-up truck someday.
Cut you weight down in half, and add one or two sets a week. Once you build up your sets then slowly add weight every 10 -14 days. By slowly, I mean 1/2 pound, one pound max and repeat.

This will encourage length gains… which I believe is more your goal over pulling pick-ups.

You got this and your level of excitement is fantastic, just don’t do sumpin silly that you will regret later on.

Drop ALL the devices. Just do the newbie routine. Until you stop growing. (Or at least three months.) You have to learn proper technique, get conditioned, and figure out how your body responds.

Then pick one device and use that for a while. Find out if that method even works for you and what your limits are. If you do multiple things at once, you will not know what is working or what you are overdoing.

Don't do any PE on rest days. That is when your body builds new tissue! If you continue to stress it, it will just toughen up.

And most importantly, reevaluate your attitude. I don’t want to be mean, but as others have noted, your first post reads like a parody of a newbie determined to break his dick off. Around here, people will remind you that this is a marathon, not a sprint, but maybe you should think of it as a fun-run for now. You’ve got to take a more unhurried approach if you want to stay healthy and succeed.


Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.
