Newbie Routine, Is This Good ?
Hello I’ve now been doing PE for a little under a month. I started out with basic newbie stretches and jelqing just to get my penis used to everything. For about a week now I’ve been hanging. I started with 7lb weight and I’m now on 11lb which is a comfortable weight for me and I feel a good stretch. I’ve just purchased a pump and a stretcher and this is how I plan to have my routine
I’m taking no rest days, so Monday to Sunday will be as follows
Every night after work I will get home and start with two 30min hanging sessions.
Have a 1-2 hour break then do another two hanging sessions which I might drop to 20mins depending on feeling
I will follow this straight up with some jelqing between 10-20mins again depending on feeling
I will then follow this straight up with 20 mins on the pump at high pressure
And lastly I will wear the penis stretcher for a few hours before bed.
My rest will be when I sleep as I think this should be enough
I’m hoping to see some gains in a few weeks so I shall keep posted with updates. If anyone has any advice or tips please share
At this moment I’m about 5.7 in length none bone pressed and 4.7 girth would love to see 7x5.5. My ultimate dream would be the 8x6 but I’ll try and stay realist for now and see if this stuff actually works
