Newbie Routine, Is This Good ?

Also. With the less weight would I be better say doing more sets or make the sets longer so I’m really getting a good stretch. Thanks

The above is required reading, no exceptions, if you are going to a hanging routine.

To answer your question I need to understand what you are using as a hanger, vac cup, Bib style, or other?

And one other question, I understand you want to see gains rapidly but do you have any other reasons for not completing the newbie routine for a bit longer?
The newbie routine has a proven track record with many here seeing solid gains.

I believe you are on the newer side to PE, I just wanted to point out one more thing:
Are you aware that many of the big gainers in PE never saw much from hanging or just never did hanging at all?
Bigger (Bib) and Stillwantmore have had great gains from hanging but percentage wise I would go as far to say they are the minority.
Titleist, DLD, ThoughtfulGold, RedZulu and many other huge gainers were not hangers.

Just wanted to point that out Incase you were under the assumption you had to do hanging to see big gains.

Don’t get me wrong guys have definitely gotten gains from hanging but not the gains those two claim.

Hey guys. Thanks for all the help. At the moment I’m just hanging as I’m waiting on a few things coming in the post. What I have noticed with hanging the 11lb weight is that the more the days go on I’m holding the weight less and less. So I had a break for a few days and yesterday I hung it for 40mins just to get the fatigue back fast. And today I only managed a 15 min set followed by another. And then I will do another 2 sets in a few hours. This is the first time I’ve hung my sets less than 20 mins. So my question is. Should I stick with the weight I have just now or should I drop the weight and aim for longer sets again. Or are the short sets better. I get what your saying about doing the manual stretching and stuff but I much prefer hanging it’s just what I like. But thanks for the idea πŸ˜€

Hey SR,

Keep the weight you have but once it feels too heavy drop the weight a couple of pounds to finish the set.
This is normal, expected, and a good thing.

Drop weight and finish the set.

Alright I did my first ever Routine !! =) It went really well and I feel good. I did not put a lot pull force Ill give it 30 to 60 days to get use to it.

Question I have asked this once but no one really answered clearly.
At present time
I have 5.75 inches pressed bone length and the EQ is unreal .It is actually so hard I can’t bend it downward without have discomfort.

Will I loose hardness with all this stretching AKA Jelq and PE? My wife is all for it and I am aiming at 7 inches it this even possible??

Hi Monkip. It’s best not to just jump into some one else’s thread and start asking questions. First thing would be to use the search function of this website. If you can’t find the answer that way, then start you own thread. Make sure that you are in “Penis Enlargement Basics” .

To answer some of your questions. Newbie exercises are performed when you penis is soft. Jelqing should improve your erections if done properly. Jelqing is not Stretching, these are two completely different things. Follow the link below, this will bring you to a place that will show you all the Technics. Make sure to follow what is said. 7 inches is certainly possible, but it will take years of work.

While I don’t exactly recall the newbie routine and am a newbie myself right now, I agree with the senior members above.

It also sounds like you’re agreeing to tone down the frequency of your workouts to lessen the possibility of injuring your penis/your EQ.

If I have anything to provide as advice it’d be that I personally don’t think any person starting into PE should even touch a pump until you’ve gained at least 1” min.

Also it sounds like you work.7days a wk?
