OK ty guys. Maybe I need to lighten up my jelq grip then. I can have spots for 2 -3 days after a PE session. But I jelq at low erections most of the time so I use a hard grip. Wrong approach maybe. And I do jelq even if I have spots on my dick from earlier PE session. Do I need to rest until the spots are gone?

Taking less rest days and do lighter routines more often is not going to be easy since I don’t want my girlfriend to find out about this. That’s why I go at it hard when I get the chance, but I guess you guys are right. Need to be more careful.

I have seen some gains already but after a couple of days with hard PE sessions the gains can be gone, it’s like I’ve never had any gains.

Wrong expectation! It’s a long term jog, not a sprint. Gains “after a couple of days” are not gains.

If you ‘go at it hard’ you will toughen up the tissues to resist hard pressure, and getting gains will get harder over time. Coax the gains out and use as little pressure as you can get away with while still getting gains. It’s much safer and gets better long term results.

Jumping into clamping too soon is the worst thing you can do for messing up long term gains. And it carries the risk of getting long term injuries if you have not conditioned to doing it.

Red spots mean you have damaged blood vessels. Obviously that’s not good. It happens far less if you get a proper warm up first. You should really let them heal before doing another (lighter) routine. Doing firegoat rolls helps avoid discolouration.

You can gain just fine with an all manual routine.

I think you misunderstood me. I have been doing PE a while. I said that after a couple of days with hard PE sessions my gains are not visible, it’s like the dink shrink a bit if I overdo the PE training.

I’ve got some good replies guys. I think I will lighten up my routine a bit. Do something more like the newbie routine. I’ve been working it to hard the days I do PE. I guess that it’s most important I lighten up the grip and not squeeze so hard. I’ve been squeezing it quite hard and when I move the grip up the shaft towards the head I can feel the blood slip true my grip when the pressure get to high.

I usually get spots daily, but I have been doing be for almost a year and my pi’s are great. I normally wake up with morning wood, should I cut back on intensity a little still? Both from clamping and jelqing.

The odd spot is inevitable, but if you are getting them daily or getting a lot of them, you should ease back a little. Don’t worry too much about getting occasional small red spots if you have been doing PE for a while; we all over-do it a bit at times, but all the time isn’t good.
