I’ve been experimenting with this. I don’t do it as part of my normal PE routine. I do this when I wake up from morning wood.

While lying on my back, I massage the inner part of my penis to get it really erect, digging down and gripping it down there. Maybe I do some quasi mini-dry jelqs, (not full dry jelqs) to push blood up and get me as erect as I could. Then I put on a cock ring at the base of my penis. Again, I keep arousing it to keep it at it’s fullest.

Now the double part. After about a minute or two, my penis gets pretty big or swollen. But then, I put on a second cock ring right behind the head of the penis. That thing gets really girthy. It even feels different in my hand, like a monster cock (I imagine, lol). I do some kegel squeezes and also flop it up and down, again, digging into that inner penis part. That thing looks veiny and feels really thick.

I try to keep the stimulation going doing flops and kegels, not stroking in the traditional way for about 10-15 minutes (I think). Then I just let it be until it naturally calms down and the erection subsides. Then I remove the rings, first the one behind the head, and then the one at the base. I may have pre-cum dripping out. I don’t leave this on for more than 20 minutes. Then I do the flop thing to bring in fresh blood. Also, watch the body temperature. If the head starts feeling cool, end it.

It’s just nice to see how thick it can get.

I don’t want to re-invent the wheel. I’m curious if this is already a technique somewhere.

Odd, I did that yesterday, just messing about trying different positions for a second clamp. I usually prefer a single clamp, ‘though it’s always good to shake things up a bit.

I have a similar routine. I use just 1 clamp while clamping and I simultaneously do the “sad-sac” head exercise.
