Double Sessions
Been doing PE for over 4 years now, mainly stretches and jelqs, with clamping and ULI’s a couple times a week. Have seen progress and not in a rush, just enjoy it for what it is.
For the last year or so I stopped getting really hard morning wood and after my two days off I lost the girth that I pumped up during the week. So I figured I needed to stir things up. Last week I did my first double session - 10 minutes of stretching and 300 jelqs in the morning, then 2 minutes of stretching and 250 -300 jelqs in the late afternoon (of course warming up and down). I woke up the next day with a rock of a hard on and the girth was a 1/4” larger. I blew it off as still some water in there, but it was there. I only did one session the next few days as I felt a few lymphocele lumps and massaged them away. Yesterday I did another double session and the same rock hard on was there this morning, I kept the girth gain too. After the second session it’s hard for me to get it up, but wow does my sleep cycle ramp it back up. I’m going to tread lightly so those lymphocele’s don’t come back, maybe just do doubles twice a week?
I’ve read about people doing short sessions of ULI’s, pulls, and dry jelqs through the day, but anyone doing two full sessions regularly?

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.
