Just a quick query.

Does anyone here to say - 2 x min sessions in the AM and the same in the evening? Or more?
Have you encountered any problems or are there any risks.

Asking as I havent seen any mention of it yet it has not been condemned either.
Personally I clamp in the AM then jelq in the PM but I wondered if 2 clamp sessions a day would be pushing it…?

Well, from the stories I have read in this forum, no one has done 2 sessions of clamping, only 1. Dividing 1 session into 2 smaller sessions would be alright.

I Jelq, then clamp, and jelq and clamp :) That usually takes me 1 hour. But, it seems too much for you if you have just started clamping.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

I think you have to look at total time per day. If you’re OK with that, then I don’t see an issue.

Can you elaborate one what ‘a session’ comprises? As Buster says, it’s the time spent in the clamp that is the issue, rather than how many sessions this time is split over a day. I have clamped in various ways, all sessions at once and other days the sessions spread equally through the day.

I favour the all-in-one sets as they give greatest final expansion plus they’re more convenient time-wise. If you mean doing your regular routine in the morning, then repeating it in the evening, this may be a little too much for your dick to take, having to recover fully every 12 hours or so, but then I don’t know what sets you do..

Hey today I clamped more sets than usuall I normally do 3 sets of 10 but I was kinda having problems getting a good clamp so I did a couple extra of good clamping and all of a sudden I look @ my hand and there is blood all over it and my dick. I couldn’t figure out what it was so I cleaned my hand and my dick and spotted nothing. I thought I was bleeding from my dick but I wasn’t sure I felt no pain and I didn’t see any spots. So I got on hard again and discovered a small slit on the side of my dick. I don’t know what it is it kinda freaked me out and I stopped pe immediately. I think the skin just broke because there wasn’t alot of blood after I cleaned up and the slit wasn’t over a vain so idk. I did use hair remover down in the pubic area today and some got on part of the shaft which may have cause the skin to react to the pressure that way. If anyone else has experienced this please let me know. Thanks

Either splitting the overall time throughout the day or doing 2 workouts per day.
My clamp routine is 3x15 atm with a 10 min light clamp cool down with cold water/ice.
I’ve tried this twice in a day but YES it was a little too much tbh.

One thing I do notice is getting the rock hard wood that I’m used to is difficult directly after an intense clamp session, but not aftera an hour or so. (Though this is unrelated to my question - it realy applies to the other clamp thread currently being debated on this board.

In that case I’d stay at one session of 3 x 15 in one clump, perhaps moving up to 4 x 15 at the very most. Combining all the sessions with 5 minute breaks will have the greatest engorgement effect on your dick and at least you can get it all done in one hit.

If you do want to split things up, then perhaps 2 x 15 min in the morning and 2 x 15 min in the evening - however this will reduce the overall effect slightly. 2 workouts as you have tried is too much - especially if he’s performing later that night! :p

I liken this to people hitting the gym twice a day. I don’t do it for the simple reason that if your working out consistently, your body needs the recovery time.

After a heavy workout, my dick is so worked over that erections are tougher to get. So I don’t bother trying multiple sessions.

My maximum girth occurs on the last set as well, another reason not to break up sets.

johnnyjja - my first gains came using a Power-Jelq device but the majority was indeed from clamping, so any further information you need should be in that clamping thread.
