Gains From Multiple Short PE Sessions Throughout Day?

Long story short, I work a lot and then have family time in the evenings, so marathon PE sessions are out of the question.

To try and sneak in PE throughout the day, I have an alarm go off on my phone every 45 minutes, reminding me to get up, go to a bathroom stall, and do 50 quick stretches and 50 dry jelqs.

Over the course of the day, I probably get in 10 of these sessions. And, when I can, I try to get in 10 to 20 minutes of low pressure pumping at night. I am considering doing some traction wrapping, too.

Has anyone here gained from any similar routine? I fear that I’m simply wasting my time.

I realize I’m not going to become the next John Holmes this way, but I’d still like to get some more length and girth.


Start/April 2011: BPEL - 6.75" / NBPEL - 6.00" / BEG - 5.125 / Mid Shaft - 4.75 / Glans 4.5"

Current/August 8 2011: BPEL 7.25" / NBPEL - 6.375" / BEG - 5.625" / Mid Shaft - 5.00" / Glans - 4.875"

I have actually been doing much of the same thing, but with less reps. Pretty much whenever I go to the bathroom during the day I do some stretches and every time I shower I do 2 sets of jelqs. One set is in the shower with soap as lube and the other if after the shower with lotion. I also perform stretches in the shower in order to warm up my penis more before jelqing. I have actually gained 1/4” in length in a month since starting to take this split routine more seriously. It’s worked for me, so I don’t see any reason why it can’t work for anyone else.

I’m doing a similar routine consisting of several short stretching sessions each day, after each time I urinate and also while I shower.

It should also be noted that Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism splits from one long session to two shorter ones. If splitting it once works, splitting more times should work as well. The success of Mem’s routine seems to indicate that it’s more about getting the reps in than in getting the time in. In fact multiple short sessions would most likely work better in that it allows your penis to be in a constant expanded and exercised state.

If a routine feels interesting but it’s to heavy to do in one session, it’s good to split it up thru out the day.

Mostly I do my session in the morning, but sometimes I split my routine thru out the day. And I traction wrapping all day after PE sessions :-)

Seems logical that it would help for length.

Girth may be a different story.

I do a tug when I use the rest room, but nothing I’d call a stretch. Interesting idea :) .

I’m liking this new routine. Now I just have to keep at it until I get that extra inch!
