Easy, quick habits or routines for small gains?
Dear friends,
I have found myself visiting PE forums every once in a while over the past few years. I would like to see some gains but unfortunately am extremely busy—I find myself with very little free time as I juggle college and my job.
I wish I could set aside 20m per day to PE and then just be done with it. I have tried some routines in the past that seemed short but aren’t actually short: I have to heat up the warm towels, do warm up for 10 minutes, then I invariably find that I get erect while doing exercises and have to wait a few minutes, etcetera.
I have even bought devices that I thought would solve this problem: I thought I could wear an extender while studying/reading but it’s quite distracting and I also get erect while wearing it (I have to take it off and it’s frustrating). I also bought the power jelq device so that I wouldn’t have to apply and remove vaseline for regular jelqing (and also I always had this weird sensation that my blood vessels were going to burst when jelqing which I didn’t feel with the power jelq. So I suppose this device has been a good purchase—should I perhaps just use this 20m each day?)
Is there anyone else on here that has managed to squeeze in a successful PE routine during a busy period in their life? Is there any hope that 20m per day (stretched over a couple years or so) could bring gains if used efficiently? I’d be willing to even dedicate 30 minutes but I always find it takes longer than I think it will and dragging out as I encounter the difficulties I mentioned above where I get erect or whatnot..
