Hi.

I was just wondering what’s the point of edging? I saw some people here doing it. Some even do stretchign sessions followed by edging and claim to have great results. So, what’s the deal?


Current BPEL: 15,5cm (6,1") | MSEG: 11.7cm (4.6") | Base girth: 12.5cm (4.92")

I do a lot of edging, I’m not sure what the science is behind it exactly. I do love doing it and I think the idea is that edging keeps you full and hard as possible therefore cementing the gains when done in combination with whatever PE you are doing. Interested to see if anyone has any scientific evidence to its efficacy.

At the least, it’s healthy. Your doing what it’s supposed to do which is get erect and your doing it the highest level of erection you can. I believe edging is a form of active recovery if not done longer then 15-20 min at a time.

When you start edging for long periods like 30 min or more at a time I do believe you are essentially doing a stamina work out. Which is healthy as well.

But if your edging on an “off” day I would keep the sets at a moderate length. I always edge a bit within and after my PE workouts. It also gives me a good idea of how my unit is holding up and how fatigued or how efficient my workout has been.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
