I am doing a newbie routine of..

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

After 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

After Jelq: Warm Down

PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

I wanted to incorporate some edging into it, but every time I edge I end up ejaculating. I know that ejaculating will hurt my gains, so I want to know if there are any tips to prevent reaching the PONR.

If you get close to the PONR then you should start masurbating away from the “ultra sensative” spots (stay away from the glans). What I do is I keep masturbating, but I pretty much stick to stroking the shaft instead of the head, at least until the glans stops being super sensative. Also I have noticed that when I wait a long time to get to the PONR my dick is used to waiting this long before getting close, and this lets me last longer in sex. So yeah if you get close, stay away from touching the glans too much! Personally I really dont think ejaculating hinders gains, but whatever buddy. Also you might also find that after getting to the PONR but trying to stay away from it, it will be easier to controll yourself and stay away from that nasty PONR.

I always have mixed information about whether ejaculation hurts my gains or not. I would rather not ejaculate just to be on the safe side. I need all the help I can get.

Leaving two hours in between, either way, is enough.

I think ejaculating can hurt your gains only in the sense that after you ejaculate you get less frequent, less hard erections for a time afterwards. I think being in a really hard state for an extended period of time can be a kind of PE in and of itself. Also, they say it is during nocturnal erections that your penis does a lot of its recovery (and, therefore, growth) and I think I get more of those (at least I get more morning wood) on nights when I haven’t ejaculated that day. So, I think a minor amount of abstention can do your PE good, but it isn’t necessary to obsess on it.
