I have been jelqing for about 4 months now. I have seen small gains. I recently purchased a cable clamp. I was wondering what’s the best routine for combining jelqing and clamping. Can jelqing and clamping alone be effective? Has anyone had success with just using the jelq and clamp? My current routine: up to 400 jelqs for about 4 days a week on average.

Have you tried searching at all? By the sounds of it, you haven’t looked for any information.
