i’m just restarting and looking to get a routine. i’m not happy with my size at all really ;. right now i’m at 5.5 inches EBPL and 4inches EG my long goal is going to be 8x6 but my short goal for some time soon is hopefully 6 EBPL within a month maybe? i mainly want to focus on my girth at the beginning. what are some good stretches for girth besides jelqing? i do kegels everytime i’m in the car going to work and back or anywhere i go. i do i believe a fowfer stretch where i pull it behind my check and stretch while i’m on the computer or watching tv. i believe water has something to do with it also so i drink plenty of water. someone once told me the more you work out the bigger it gets. is there any truth to that? i’m mostly looking for some encourangment and some help. i thought i was about 6 already when i used a different measuring but when i used a straight ruler i’m barely at 5.5 and it was really depressing. thanks for any help.

i’m also thinking about getting a membership at mattersofsize.com would most or all support doing that or is there enough i can do through here to reach my goals kind of fast? i don’t have too much time to do it either but i can always make time somehow.

PE is a long term project. Although some see quick gains, try not to expect that in the beginning. As long as you stick to a routine consistantly, start out slow (to avoid injury), you’re probably going to be able to reach your goals. A good place to start is The Newbie Routine.

Also, you need to read The Forum Guidelines. Make sure you use that Shift key and capitalize the beginning letter of each sentence, so it’s easier for people to read.

As for working out at the gym and getting bigger through PE, from my personal experience, this is not the case, but some think so.

By working out at the gym you increase blood flow to your extremities. Better blood flow bigger penis. Also while doing such things as squats you can get an increase production of testosterone. This could help you on gaining in your PE exercises.

Think of PE as not just a penis thing, it’s a whole body thing. Make your PE wholistic by including everything sleep, eating right, exercising. Just my $.02. At the very least you will grow your penis through PE, and feel better about your body because of the workouts.

Everything you need to get larger is on this forum for free. It will take time, patience and commitment. If you’re just lucky you’ll get some fast initial gains, but plan on long range goal setting.

I started out with stats similar to you at 5.25” inches erect BP length and 4.75” girth at the base. Today, I’m at 7.5” EBPL and 6.75” erect base girth. It’s taken me about 2.5 years to get this far, with the first year and a half of PE’ing giving me most of my gains. I’m still making progress, but it’s much slower now, especially for further length gains.

Do you need to join the PE site mattersofsize.com? Not really. You can get all of the support and information that you want right here at no cost.

So, just start and do it. All of this really works for those who stay on track.
