I started in January being 6.3” x 5” doing newbie routine 3/4 days a week; in the beginning I did 2 on 1 off but later I cannot be constant due to lack of time (and privacy!), I only paid attention no to train 3 days in a row without rest. I started with a few minutes of five direction stretches and 30-40 strokes of wet jelq (2-3 second strokes), 4 months later I’m at 15-20 minutes of stretches and nearly 200 jelqs. I always warm up with a glass of hot water for about 5 minutes at the start and in the middle of the session, then I end up with a warm shower.
Results: I measure every month, I gained about 0.2” in lenght and 0.1” in girth every month for the first three, nothing on the last one though I have to admit that I’ve been training very little in the last weeks. I’m currently at 6.9” x 5.3”.
About EQ: I’m 30, slim and generally healty, I never had any erection problem (the only time I couldn’t get it up I was too drunk to even stand on my feet.). More, I could say to have the opposite problem, I often get a boner too easily (thing that can be a problem when doing stretches and in some other social situation.. ;-). By the way, after a couple of months of PE I felt that my erection was a little bit less hard than before, but that may be just an impression; all other EQ indicator (morning wood, easy of erection, etc.) are still very good. I have to say that I don’t do much kegels, I’ll try to do better in the future.
@8incyclops: Did you really gain 2 inches in one year with newbie routine only? That’s great! Can you explain better you routine and your gains?
Start (1/2012): 16 cm (6.3") BPEL, 12.8 cm (5") MSEG.
Current (5/2012): 17,5 cm (6.9") BPEL, 13.5 cm (5.3") MSEG.
Routine: Stretches and jelq with proper warm up.
