EQ Is Becoming A Big Issue With Me

Glans have little to no expansion, but I appear to be growing. I’ve repeatedly hit 8.5bp, but it takes me a while to get as hard as I can. And even then, it’s weak. Granted, I haven’t been exercising as much. What other tips for eq do you guys have.

What is your workout like and how often do you take a break?

I mainly jelq for 15-30mins then pump for 30mins. I go up to 15hg though.

I think it’s other things too. Other mental things. I notice my sex drive is low right now as well.

Workout, eat healthy, stretch your body (legs/core area), and ditch porn if it is used. The recipe for superb EQ.

That last part is what I believe has ruined me. Like I have to see something that I don’t ordinarily see to arouse me. Either huge tits. A huge ass. Or both. Or some model looking chick getting fucked hard. And I view porn daily. It’s kind of the only woman that has never made me want to punch a wall.

Even for me, someone who has never had EQ issues, noticed when I ditched porn the benefits it brought. Didn’t think my EQ could get better, and it sure did when porn wasn’t around.

I’m only human, I’ve had a few “relapses” of watching porn. But every time I stop I notice and remember how much better my performance is without it.

For the ones who have made it a more chronic issue, they will go a few weeks of a lack of EQ, sure because of the damage they created. But it won’t take long that they will notice how well they can do by just touching their dick without the porn in the end.

It’s very worth it. Plus, your more inclined to want to be involved sexually with a female as well, which is always a good thing for a man. It shows vigor and health.

Porn or not I don’t notice a difference. But I do notice that my sex endurance is up so much since starting PE that’s it’s really hard to get myself off anyway so I end up watching less porn and still no difference. I only use it now to get quick wood for pumping or clamping.

I’m 51 and I’ve seen my own fantasies and hands FOREVER. They bore me. I need a girl for the quickest wood. All it takes is my girls kiss. Second fastest is porn. 3rd is myself.
