I’m only going for girth, I’m trying not to gain any erect length. However, I wouldn’t mind some extra flaccid length going with the (assumed) gained flaccid girth. Can flaccid length be affected by an increase in girth?

What do you mean with ‘being sure’? It makes sense and is confirmed by what many ‘big girth gainers’ report. Girth gains means more capacity of your penis to store blood; your flaccid length is mostly a result of smooth muscle tone when relaxed and the amount of blood your penis tends to store - both things are improved with girth oriented exercises.
