You don’t need any other information than that!
If you have done too much, it will be difficult to get a good hard erection….and that isn’t good.
For many guys, edging or maintaining a hard erection after a workout is fine, for some guys its additional stress that may push you into overtraining.
Its important to pay attention to the PIs you get from your PE. In general, if you are PE correctly…you will have improved EQ (erectile quality). This means you will have harder, easier and more frequent erections.
If you are getting decreased EQ, it is a sure sign of too much PE…or not enough recovery time. If decreased EQ lasts more than a day or two at most…you need to cut back on your routine.
Ideally, you should always maintain a high EQ from your PE, but not all guys can do that and still gain. But again, if you have decreased EQ for more than a day or two…its time to cut back.
