Erection Problem

Been having less success getting an erection when I need it ever since I started PE, a few weeks ago. I never did it frequently, but a few times I got well into a routine and felt like maybe I was overdoing it. At the same time, I didn’t want to lower the tension because I thought the whole effort would go to waste. I haven’t been doing it at all since this happened. Physically, I still get off to porn and stuff.. But when it’s time to get things going with my girlfriend, I just don’t feel into it. I wonder if this is directly because of PE or am I just getting bored?

Cut your PE way down, and see if your EQ (erectile quality) starts to improve, I’m betting it will.

Decreasing EQ is almost always a sign you are either using too much force, or time or both.

You can’t just do a routine because someone else did it and got good results, you must observe you own body’s response to it, otherwise known as the PIs.

I suggest take a week or two off of PE (wouldn’t hurt to knock off jerking off too) and I can almost guarantee you that your EQ will come back strong.

After it returns, restart you PE, but with a modest amount, keeping an eye of your EQ. If your EQ starts to drop again, either decrease your force/time or add an additional rest day or two between PE days.

Learn to read your PIs and keep your EQ high, and you will have a much better chance at success here.

In your opinion, should I even start PE’ing with ED?

Yes. It will correct your ED. Or at least improve your erection.
