Does anyone know of a supplement that helps with erection. Other then viagra or cialis. For sometime I notice that my erection starts to get soft during sex I had no issues before, I’m 39yrs old and exercise at least 2 to 3 days a week, I been taking horny goat weed and longjack and tribulus. Is there anything else that anyone knows of that can help.

Have you had your testosterone level checked? T begins to decrease at age 30.

Stress, smoking and excess alcohol can all negatively impact EQ.

L-Arginine and vitamin E are erection helpers.

Exercise, a healthy diet, and sleep quality are much more important than supplements though.

How about figuring out why your erections aren’t as strong. Don’t just feed on pills.

As for supplements apart from the mentioned yohombine is another.Pumping really improved my eq but not hard pumping that kills my eq.

I notice that if I dissolve a little bit of menthol into my lube my erections are significantly harder. I build up a tolerance to it after a while though, so I cycle it with about 2 weeks of using menthol and 2 weeks of no menthol. You may want to consult your partner before this since the first few applications of menthol can be uncomfortable.

When a person has a deficiency, a supplement may help or a improvement may be noticed. I personally take inexpensive boron, horse chestnut, niacin for other health issues. Pretty sure I noticed an improvement in performance too. Even a chiropractic adjustment may help it has worked for me when the wrong nerve was pinched. Quit any porn, alchohol or tobacco . Cut out excess fat and sugar. Most important get to a gym and exercise and lift weights. At 54 yrs I still pump iron and have very few performance problems.

When I did carnivore diet for a bit I would stay rock hard. I stopped being full carnivore because I didn’t like consuming only meat all the time.

Dude try to eat as much veggies and fruits as possible! Go 1 week full vegan and see what will happen to ur friend. Works awesome for me since my diet change.. Has to do with bloodflow

PE alone, religiously applied will do it.

But red meat, too, if your system can handle it.
