Erections firmness?
I started doing PE, following the beginner guidelines, not too long ago, and I found that my erections were decreasing in firmness ever since. I am 21, and I am a swimmer, so age, health, and blood flow are not a problem for me, because erections used to be very frequent and rock hard. So I was wondering what I can do to increase erection firmness instead of decrease it as a result of P-E-ing.
