Erections firmness?

I started doing PE, following the beginner guidelines, not too long ago, and I found that my erections were decreasing in firmness ever since. I am 21, and I am a swimmer, so age, health, and blood flow are not a problem for me, because erections used to be very frequent and rock hard. So I was wondering what I can do to increase erection firmness instead of decrease it as a result of P-E-ing.

Take a look at your PE program. Are you maybe overdoing it just a little?

Also, all men - (like ALL men) go through relatively short periods when erections sort of flag. When this happens, consider if this may just be a time of added stress in your life. Any major difficult events like looking for a job, starting a new one, or losing one? Family stuff going on?

If your PE program is mild, something else is probably going on. Don’t worry yourself about it. You will pop back into good form again.

If you started in November are you sticking to the newbie routine? More intensive routines may cause the weaker erections. Stay clear from horses, uli’s, bends, clamps etc until you are conditioned.

Are you doing kegels? These may help impove your erection quality.

Other than that you could try using a supplement such as L-Arginine.
