Exercises order - Newbie routine
Im doing the simple newbie routine that you see everywhere :
-Warmup
-Manual stretches (Im now at 10-12 minutes)
-Jelqing (20 minutes)
And Im doing pc squeeze every day.
Now my question is that I’m having trouble staying completely flaccid durant the stretches, so I try to switch the order, doing the jelqing 1st, then the stretches. When I did it that way, it was much easier to stay flaccid durant the stretches.
Is that a good way to do it or it is a big no no for a specific reason ?
