Extender Help?

Extender Help?

So my penimaster chrome just came in the mail. It literally took me hours to get it on and I ended up putting it on kinda weird despite my efforts. My NBPEL is about 4.9-5.03ish max, so I’m trying to stretch about 5.4-5.5” with my extender. When I pull my penis flaccid I can easily get it to stretch efficiently but when I’m dealing with all the equipment I can’t seem to get a good enough grip in order to stretch far enough and then tie the noose. So right now, I’m only stretched about 4.5” (lower than my erect) with the traction all the way up to compensate. On top of that, this thing feels like shit, how do you get a good firm grip without pinching and cutting off circulation? Is it just a matter of trial and error? Should I just take it super slow and settle at starting off on really low tensions (low as in not extending pass my NBPEL, but a strong traction to compensate) until I figure this out, or should I go straight for the my 5.4-5.5” stretch off jump? I know I babbled, sorry. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You’re already doing it correct, I read time and time again about situations like yours where people get overly eager and start out extending at too great a length. Yes, you should start out extending at around 2 cm UNDER your NBPEL and then start adding length approx every 2 weeks or so.

The most important thing with extenders is keeping your penis extended for as many hours as possible and build up length and tension over time. I’m willing to bet that the length you’re extending at now exceeds your normal flaccid length, or am I wrong? I’m pretty damn sure I’m not.

Didn’t your extender come with a information leaflet on how to use a extender? I know mine did and it’s a much cheaper model than what you have bought but still it did come with a info leaflet.

So start out approximately around 2 cm under your NBPEL as already said and then add around 0.5 cm every 2 weeks that way you’ll be sure to get your penis used to wearing it and you’ll build up length and tension over a good amount of time.

Also don’t worry if you don’t get any tension for the first few months as that’ll come with time as you add length as you progress forward.

So don’t stress the fact that you’re not extending beyond your NBPEL to start off with as that time will come in due time. So from what I’ve read from your post you seem to already be extending a couple of cm’s under your NBPEL so keep on doing so for at least 2 weeks.

Sorry for repeating myself as much as I have but I can’t emphasize enough how many times I have read almost exactly what you have written. Extending takes loads of time. I did it exactly the way I have described here and I’ve gained around 1.5 inches of erect length this way and it was only after 6 months, after adding 0.5 cm pieces every 2 weeks and maybe even more than that before I actually got tension going on my extender and I still gained a substantial amount of length.

Anyhow hope this was of help and wish you patience and gains to come. Thing is, with extenders as long ass you put in at least 4 hours a day you’re basically guaranteed to succeed and get some length gains and maybe even girth gains as well. I for one got both as I got almost 1.5 cm of girth as well.

Edit: If you can’t keep up with adding 0.5 cm of length every 2 weeks then just extend at the same length until you finally can add more length. Sometimes I had to wait almost a month before I could add more length but I still wore it and put in the hours daily that are required to gain.

Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

With one hand you have to simultaneously reach through the noose and pull the glans through the noose while compressing the extender springs fully. With the free hand you tighten the noose till it is as secure as you can get it and bend the noose into the notches. It takes a little practice but you’ll get it.

In the beginning you have to condition the glans to get used to the noose and also you have to get used to the discomfort at the base of the extender which will abate over time.

Ooops, simply forgot about addressing that in my lengthy post. Good watching out and well explained. It’s the way I do it too.

And to the OP do as Buckfever wrote and soon you’ll be able to put in on blindfolded. Putting it on nowadays takes only couple of seconds, practice makes perfect.

Starting to think maybe I should write a “Extender usage 101” as what the OP writes has been a reoccurring issue for new extender users.

I want people to get as much gains as possible from putting in the hours without too much hassle and wondering if they’re doing things correct.

That way I could put my extender experience to good use.

I just crossed 900 hours, putting in 3.3 hours today. The extender takes some time to acclimate to. I have the X4 and with that there are three components to stretch and tension.

1. Bar length
2. Base screw extension
3. Index bar tension.

Spend the first hundred hours finding your feel with the strap. My typical time in tension is between 30 minutes to an hour. My longer runs happen within the first one to two sets. Then they drop to 30 minutes per set before needing a break for circulation purposes.

Below is my technique for strapping in, which I developed organically and I suspect is different amongst many.

1. Unit in zero extension requires me to be in full stretch to get into. It is a bit of an art to hold full stretch while strapping in.
A. Push down on extender with palm (there should be some squeeze in the springs).
B. With that same hand I pull the head of penis into full extension. Also important is to COMPLETELY pull the base of the penis and skin through the base of the extender. This is a nuance that I over looked for a long time, but essential for maximizing full stretch as comfortably as possible. Also an art to execute.
C. My strap compression is either two clicks and three clicks. or three clicks on both sides (less compression), which I can do as I begin to “grow” into whatever my latest setting is.

2. Next I unscrew the base screws until they back out from the base, then I do a quarter turn to anchor them back in.

3. I then bring the index tensions bars into full tension.

I have thus far ran the above protocol through two 0.50” extension bar additions, I am on the second extension addition now.

When I require little strap compression and the tension bars don’t index much, I know it’s time to increase the length of the extension bars.

I am probably some 600 hours now from increasing my bars. So that will be 1500 hours total before my next increase.

The extender is great in that it provides a solution for extended periods of time under tension, which is perfect since PE result are probably 80% time (or more) and the rest technique (my opinion).

I will say this, the extender is by nature not comfortable. However, through sheer will and determination I have learned to appreciate and even enjoy strapping into it and logging the time. I log every minute.

Enjoy the process.

Also would you say extender gains are permanent? I’m looking to this for maybe about a year tops and then go on with my life. Would I need anytime of maintenance routine?

Yes, most definitely. I’ve taken both 1 and 2 months off from extending during my 2 years of use and haven’t even lost a mm of gains. Others on here that have been extending for a longer period of time also seem to have kept all their gains.

Even during their extender studies where several men have used the extenders for 6 months the participants all seemed to have kept their gains several months after discontinuing using it so it’s pretty safe to say that the gains are permanent.

You’re actually tearing the tissue in the penis apart(roughly speaking) and rebuilding the penis in a longer state, with the extenders it’s done in quite the mild fashion compared to manual routines and it’s one of the safer ways to build a longer penis.

But to be on the safe side I would recommend using the extender for let’s say around 200 hours extra when you’ve reached your goal as a way to cement the gains and make sure that they’ll stay.

Thanks man, been going over this post. Its still helping me out. So I just started back with the extender after a 2month hiatus. I’m back and I’m ready to go tho. I’m about 3 1/2 weeks in and I just decided to add another .5 centimeter. I still don’t really feel the stretch but I can see it’s their, also I’m slipping which is indicative of reaching your max. I plan on wearing it at this setting for 4hrs a day until this setting fits loose for me. Just giving you an idea of where I’m at. With that being said. I haven’t measured yet but I don’t think I’ve gained much of anything I’m all. I’ve been shooting this question around and I’ve gotten mixed answers so I’m gonna continue to inquire. Am I too early on in the game to be looking for gains. Even if I’m looking for say a millimeter? In your experience how fast did you gain? Thanks.
