Between work and school, I only get in about one hour a day on my extender.

Am I just waisting my time or should I keep at it?

I have made gains (almost one inch in the space of a year) but I don’t know if it is from the extender or the newbie routine.

In my opinion an hour can be enough time, depending on the amount of tension you wear it at.

I wear mine for an hour session in the morning, and usually an hour session in the evening and have made 3/4” gains in 6 months. Yes, I also do manual stretching, but not a set routine, and not a high intensity manual stretching routine. Primarily I do “piss pulls” any chance I get during the day and try to fowfer at night.

My homemade extender is set to around 5 to 6 pounds of tension.

I’m now actually experimenting with my one hour sessions by breaking them up into 20 minutes at around 3 pounds, 20 minutes at 6 pounds, then back to 20 minutes at 3 pounds. I am also trying to fowfer for at least 20 minutes before starting the hour session.

From my extender experience 1 hour alone wouldn’t give much gains. Who knows though everybody is different. If a hour is all you have I would try do some form of the newbie routine as well.

As I see it, an hour is better then nothing. But I’d have to agree with chet7.5 that it probably won’t yield big gains very fast by itself.

I’m curious do all of you extend to your FSL (more than or less than)?? Also is the head supposed to look really shrunken while extending?

I have to believe that the extender in combo with other methods is your best bet. Look at it this way: your penis isn’t going to get bigger on it’s own. An hour of traction a day is better than nothing. If you’ve gained an inch your routine is working. Congratulations, Sleepy!

Shrunken head is normal, especially when you don’t warm up first. Also the goal is to stretch further than your erect length. Build up to it slowly though.

Get some loose or baggy pants so you can wear more. :)

Loose cargo shorts are great, with some stuff in your pocket it’s very difficult to see. I haven’t gotten any looks in public.

I’ve only had my extender a week, but I think I settled on low force for long durations. Other PE for gains, then low traction as long as possible to heal in an extended state.
